Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods.
How to withdraw
To exercise your right, inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. email or letter) to our contact address: Xodralinfrozenon, Rolfsgade 101, 6700 Esbjerg, Denmark. You may use the model withdrawal form available from the European Commission, but it is not mandatory.
Return of goods
You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Goods should be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible.
Refund
We will reimburse you without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the day we receive the goods back or you supply evidence of having sent them back. We will use the same means of payment as you used, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.
Exceptions
Your right of withdrawal may not apply to certain goods (e.g. sealed products that are unsealed after delivery where unsealing would affect hygiene or the nature of the product). We will inform you where this applies before or at the time of order.
Faulty products
If you receive a product that is faulty or not as described, you have rights under consumer law. Contact us with details and we will work with you to resolve the issue (repair, replacement or refund as appropriate).
Geographic scope
We are established in Denmark (Rolfsgade 101, 6700 Esbjerg). The withdrawal and refund rules above reflect EU consumer law for distance sales within the EU/EEA. If you are outside the EU/EEA, other rules may apply; contact us before ordering if you are unsure.
Food supplements and advertising context
Our goods are food supplements, not medicines. Your statutory rights apply. Returns and refunds under this policy do not depend on any claimed effect of the product. If you found us through an advertisement (e.g. Google Ads), the same return rules apply; offers and prices are as shown on this site at the time of order.
